Every client engagement follows the same six-stage structure. The first conversation to the first monthly report, nothing is hidden or rushed.
Thirty minutes reviewing your domain, current performance, paid accounts if active, and your specific growth targets. No slide deck — a direct read of where things stand.
The audit call is not a sales conversation. There is no slide deck and no prepared pitch. We ask you to share your Search Console read access before the call so we can look at your actual data during the conversation — traffic by page, query performance, indexation coverage, and any existing issues flagged by Google. Thirty minutes of real analysis tells us more than an hour of questions. By the end of the call, you will know what is blocking your rankings and roughly what fixing it requires.
Full data pull: Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Google Ads where applicable. Every data point needed to build a strategy grounded in your actual situation.
After the audit call, we pull the full data picture before touching anything. For SEO clients: complete crawl, Search Console coverage report, GA4 channel attribution review, Ahrefs backlink profile versus top 5 competitors. For paid search clients: full Google Ads account audit with conversion tracking verification. For local SEO clients: Google Business Profile completeness score, citation consistency audit across 70+ directories, and local pack position tracking for 20–40 target terms. The data baseline takes 5–7 business days and costs nothing additional.
Written strategy document with 90-day targets, service mix, and ranked action priorities. You review and approve in writing before we execute anything.
The Battle Plan is a written strategic document — typically 8–12 pages — that sets out your 90-day targets, the specific actions we will take to reach them, and the priority order of execution. It is not a generic report. It references your actual data, names the specific keywords we are targeting, identifies the specific technical issues to fix, and gives a realistic forecast of what should move and by when. You review the Battle Plan and approve in writing before we take any action.
Links go out. Technical fixes are implemented. Content publishes. Paid campaigns restructure. Each action logged and mapped to the agreed plan.
Month one is execution. Technical fixes are implemented and verified. The first editorial links go out and are delivered with live URLs. Initial content publishes. Google Ads campaigns are restructured around the new conversion tracking setup and intent-focused keyword architecture. For local SEO clients, Google Business Profile optimisation completes and citation work begins. Every action in month one is logged against the approved Battle Plan.
Written report on the 5th of every month. Rankings, links placed with live URLs, traffic, paid ROAS, and the work planned for the coming month.
Monthly reports are delivered on the 5th of every month, covering the prior calendar month. Each report includes: keyword position movements (tracked daily, reported monthly), links placed with full live URLs and metrics at time of placement, organic traffic versus prior month and prior year, paid search ROAS by campaign if applicable, and the work planned for the coming month. Reports are honest — if something did not perform as expected, we explain why and what changes for month two.
Full strategic recalibration. What has compounded, what the competitive landscape looks like now, and where the next 90 days should focus.
Every 90 days, we review the strategy in full. Not just performance versus targets, but whether the targets themselves are still the right ones. Competitive landscapes shift. Algorithm updates change what works. New market opportunities emerge. The quarterly review typically produces an updated Battle Plan for the following 90 days — adjusted for what has compounded, what needs changing, and where the next phase of growth is.
The audit call costs nothing. You get a real assessment of your digital marketing position and leave with clear answers on what to prioritise. Whether you work with us or not.
